Christmastime

For Advent 2011 at Morgantown Community Church, we wanted to do something different from last year, which involved an ornament and christmas tree branch.

This graphic was so m=simple to do. It was a 3 color gradient, some snow, grunge, star/galaxy and mountain photoshop brushes, and a Mary/Joe silhouette that I made from a free clipart image that was hideous, but I filled it in and spruced it up a bit. I added the font, and it was done! We had a fair amount of manipulation with this graphic, like invite cards, a weekly devotional book, weekly program and advertisements, but this graphic was so easy to adjust for each of them. It was a beautiful, simple image for advent this year.
